2016 was another great year for the Triangle Real Estate Market and 2017 appears to be headed in the same direction.  At the end of 2016, home sales continued to outpace new listings, and as a result the Month’s Supply of Inventory continued to trend downward.

While attending college at North Carolina State University, I fell in love with Raleigh and the Triangle area and have never left. I also learned my true strength, helping others solve their problems. As a High School Math teacher and coach, I helped my students in and out of the classroom. As an Electrical Engineer with a major consumer electronics company, I helped bring people together to solve the unanswered and sometimes unasked questions. Today, I combine my experiences as a teacher, coach, and analytical engineer to solve problems for my clients as a Real Estate Consultant.
